Cancellation
Fixed service periods do not renew automatically, so there is no recurring charge to cancel. Paid access ends when the period expires. Stopping use early does not itself trigger a refund. Contact Support for order or period changes or to discuss ending use early. Submitting a request does not itself change an order or complete a refund.
Contact Support with your purchase email, order reference and reason. We reply within 48 hours of your request and make a decision within 5 calendar days of the request. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5 calendar days of approval and confirmed by email. Bank or payment-provider processing time is additional. A request or automated acknowledgement is not refund approval or completion.
