Your editor documents, embedded images and revision history stay in this browser. Foliovelle does not upload editor content for editing or export. Browser storage is not a cloud backup.
Support is a separate online service. Chat messages are sent to the shared Typebot support service. Submitted requests, your email, order reference and any details you choose to provide are sent to our support backend and delivered through Lark email. Do not paste passwords or unnecessary document content into Support.
Contact support@foliovelle.com to ask about your support records or request deletion. Local documents can be deleted in the library or by clearing this site’s browser storage.
